Cycling the Hampshire coast

A couple of friends and I went for a great cycle ride yesterday. We started in New Milton in the New Forest, then headed to the coast and cycled along to Barton on Sea and Milford on Sea. Then it was on to Hurst Spit and Keyhaven which is a beautiful area with its salt marshes. Keyhaven itself looks like a really attractive village and I can't believe I've never been there before. Then it was on to Lymington for lunch (had to queue for a top rated pasty) before heading inland to Brockenhurst where we got the train home. Wonderful weather and wonderful scenery!
