It's started...

We had 4 letting agents come round today. They all said largely the same so I don't know how we're going to choose between them. We're already worrying we'll be getting in less rent than the mortgage is. Oh well, we'll have to see.

I'm off biking with my sister and brother in law tomorrow, probably in the rain. Should be good though to get out and get (a lot of) fresh air.

And then it's Steph's 30th birthday next week!!! Can you believe it. Well, as I know Steph hardly ever reads this I can tell you that I've got her... ah, better not, one of you might tell her!
