So, what have we been up to...?

Well, we've been to a Canadian Football Game. We saw the BC Lions defeat the Winnipeg Blue Bombers at BC Place last friday. Interesting sport. Totally commercially dominated. The game stops all the time, obviously, and each time it does they take the opportunity to bombard you visually and audibly with adverts and commercials. There were some good plays though, mostly consiting of amazing throws and catches.
We have also been having dinner round our friend's house. Or rather her brother's house that she is house sitting at. Its huge. And in West Van. Which means its posh. I could get used to it! After dinner we introduced our Canadian friends to Carcassonne, a great map making board game. We had just bought it with some of my birthday money from this great store we found on Main Street.
We are planning on going to Bunson Lake on Saturday for hiking/ swimming and tonight is the first Celebration of Light events of the summer. Don't worry, it's not a dodgy cult, just an amazing fireworks display.
And as you can see, I've uploaded quite a few new photos recently. Tim and Natalie's Wedding, random friends in UK photos, a square water melon and results from a studio photography session with Mike, May and Zoe. The photos are restricted so only Flickr 'friends and family' can see the majoority of them.
