Snow at last!

It is snowing here. A lot. Downtown is white. The mountains are white. And I've been snowboarding - hurrah! Looks like it will be a white Christmas. I don't remember one of those before. Maybe when I was very small. Maybe.

I went snowboarding on Saturday up Cypress Mountain on Vancouver's North Shore. It's been a couple of years since I last snowboarded (time goes too fast) but I managed to remember what I was doing on the beginner slope. I'm looking forward to doing some more when Laura and Iain arrive - less than a month now. I will post some snowy photos soon. Today is just a sea of dull grey/ white. Tomorrow is supposed to be brighter.
